Right of Withdrawal

These instructions apply to consumers, that is, any natural person entering into a transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

Withdrawal instructions

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us —

by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for such reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

This is the part that matters for eSIMs.

The right of withdrawal expires early in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if we have begun performance of the contract after you have

expressly consented to us beginning performance before the withdrawal period has expired, and
confirmed your awareness that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal,

and we have provided you with confirmation of that agreement.

At checkout you are asked to tick a separate, non-pre-ticked box containing exactly that declaration:

I expressly request that you begin supplying the eSIM before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. I acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal once the eSIM profile has been made available to me.

Performance begins when we order the eSIM profile from our supplier and make the QR code available to you. In practice this happens within minutes of payment. From that moment the plan can no longer be withdrawn from, even if you have not yet installed or used it.

If you would rather keep your right of withdrawal for the full 14 days, do not tick the box — but note that we cannot supply the eSIM until you do.

Your statutory rights in the event of a defective eSIM are unaffected by this. See section 9 of the Terms of Service.
