1. The service

Vryne is a free browser game that simulates operating a renewable energy grid. The service is provided as-is, without any warranty of availability or data persistence.

2. Your account

• You sign in via Google or Facebook. You are responsible for the security of those accounts.
• One account per person. Automated play (bots, scripts) is not allowed.
• Your nickname must not be offensive, misleading, or violate the rights of others. We may reset inappropriate nicknames.

3. Fair play

Exploiting bugs to gain an advantage is prohibited. Please report issues to the operator listed in the legal notice.

4. Virtual goods

Credits, material, energy, and experience points are game values without any real-world monetary value. They cannot be traded, sold, or redeemed.

5. Termination

You may stop playing and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the game.

7. Governing law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
