No invented availability
There is no artificial 99.99% chart here. The checks run live and are at most 30 seconds old; incidents that last longer are sent by e-mail to the admins of the affected organisations. The committed availability is in the terms of use.
For monitoring: /api/health returns the same measurements as JSON — 200 while operating, 503 when the database is down.
Committed availability
99.5% per month, planned maintenance excluded — the same number as in the terms of use and on the trust page.
