SME & enterprise
Enterprise AI that survives an audit
Works agreements, standards, QM manuals, minutes: cited answers for the whole organisation — with roles, budgets and an activity log for everything the auditors want to see.
Controllable from day one
Not just a chat — a governable platform
A tool the business unit loves and IT leadership can stand behind. Everything that would otherwise hold up a rollout is built in.
Roles and access
Admin or member. Invite by email, CSV list or sharing your email domain — onboarding for 40 or 4,000 employees.
Budgets per person or organisation
Credit daily or monthly, usage in the overview. No surprise next month.
Activity log
Who uploads, who changes settings, who invites — everything the auditors want to see on one page.
Agents per department
One assistant for HR, one for purchasing, one for QM — each with its own role, its own model and its own required documents.
Connect your systems
Via MCP connections an agent pulls data from your tools. Shared centrally, used only by the agents allowed to.
DPA in German, place of jurisdiction Germany
Subprocessors are listed openly in the privacy centre — the reference for your GDPR documentation is a link.
A real answer
Works agreement meets case law
Does on-call duty count as working time? Vryne answers from your works agreement, cross-checks with the ECJ ruling and explains in a box why travel time is decisive.
- Sources: from the works agreement and the firm memo, each with page number.
- Web source: the ECJ ruling C-580/19 is linked directly under the answer.
- Background box: explains the legal mechanism instead of hiding it in the body text.

Proof instead of promise
From the rule to the source
A question from everyday work, an answer with a source and the paragraph from the works agreement — instead of an email to HR.
How many days of mobile work does the works agreement allow per week?
Up to three days of mobile work are possible per calendar week. At least one day per week must be worked in the presence of the team. [1][2]
Ask your documents …
§ 3 Scope of mobile work. Mobile work is voluntary and does not create a right to a fixed workplace.
Up to three working days per calendar week may be worked mobile.
At least one day per week must be worked in the presence of the team. Coordination takes place within the department.
Steht die Antwort nicht in euren Dokumenten, sagt Vryne genau das — statt sich etwas auszudenken.
Beyond the question
The job that runs without supervision
Regulation, standards and the market change independently of your documents. Research brings both together — traceably logged.
Internal rule, external obligation
Vryne splits the question, reads your works agreements, standards and manuals and researches the web on top. The report names deviations instead of smoothing them over.
- Does the own policy cover the new requirement?
- Standard versions and transition periods, collected
- Market overview before an award, with sources to verify
Runs, costs and participants are in the activity log — the same trail the auditors get for chat questions.
Digital sovereignty
Every layer has an address
For your GDPR documentation, the reference to processing in Germany is enough — the question of whether standard contractual clauses hold in individual cases does not arise.

Frequent questions from rollouts
How do we introduce Vryne alongside existing systems?
Vryne does not replace a DMS or an intranet — it makes the documents that live there askable. You start with one department and a handful of documents; rollout happens via domain sharing or CSV import, without a training programme.
How do we keep costs under control?
Budgets apply per organisation or per person, daily or monthly. The usage overview shows consumption continuously — budget limits instead of an open bill.
What do the auditors see?
The activity log records uploads, setting changes, invitations and role changes. Together with the openly visible subprocessors and the German-language DPA, the documentation duty is short.
Do you operate this for several companies too?
Each company is its own organisation with its own knowledge base, its own roles and its own budgets. The separation runs through the organisation itself, not through a filter rule.
Start with one department
Create the organisation, upload one department’s documents, let them ask for two weeks. Roll out only once it holds up.
Also for
Practices & healthcare
Billing guidelines, hygiene plans, manufacturer information. The team asks in its own words instead of leafing through three folders — and your documents live in German data centres.
Retail & trades
Price lists, supplier agreements, installation manuals, occupational safety. New starters can give answers on day one without asking the boss.
Law firms & consulting
Case files, expert opinions, template contracts. Every statement is traceable to its source — cited answers instead of a model that merely sounds plausible.
