Transparency and privacy

Privacy centre

Your documents are the core of Vryne. Here is openly what happens to them: where they live, who gets to see them and what really disappears when they are deleted.

In short

  • Your documents belong to your organisation. Other organisations never see them — the separation runs through the organisation, not through a filter rule in the application.
  • We do not train any models on your content. The model provider receives only the passages needed for the respective question.
  • There are no advertising or tracking cookies. We count page views cookieless — and you can object at any time.
  • A deleted document disappears together with its text sections and vectors. Answers no longer rely on it afterwards.

Digital sovereignty

Application, database, document storage and backups run in German data centres, as do the language models. No transfer to a third country takes place for your content — the review of standard contractual clauses is therefore unnecessary for your documentation. The only, temporary exception: mail delivery via Resend (USA).

Keep your data in your hands

You can change your profile and display name yourself in the settings; administrators delete documents, conversations and the entire organisation in the administration. Information, data export and the deletion of a single account go via support@vryne.com — we reply within one month. When an account is deleted, uploaded documents are not deleted with it: they belong to the organisation and remain available to the team.

We answer privacy questions via the address given in the Imprint .

We count visits, not visitors. Our statistics work without cookies, store nothing on your device and build no profile. You can still opt out at any time. More about this
