Core features

A tour of the seven features

One line to ask — and beneath it everything that turns files into an information desk. Seven features, each in the form that shows it best.

A knowledge base, not a filing cabinet

PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and scans. Vryne converts them, reads text in images too and stores every section searchably with its page number.

  • PDF
  • Word
  • Excel
  • PowerPoint
  • Scans & photos
  1. Upload

Several files at once. Vryne reports as soon as one of them has arrived in the knowledge base.

  2. Convert and read

Scans and photos become text too — a scanned filing folder makes a good knowledge base.

  3. Split into sections

Every section keeps its file and page number. That is exactly what later becomes the source reference under the answer.

Cited answers

Every answer lists the passages it relies on. If nothing is in your documents, Vryne says exactly that — instead of making something up.

The source-reference dialog: “Betriebsvereinbarung Arbeitszeit.pdf” with page, section and length, beneath it the verbatim quoted passage from the document.

Research with your documents

A big question is split into sub-questions and worked through — in your documents and on the web. The result is a report in which every statement names its source.

  • The plan is shown before the start — sub-questions editable, costs capped
  • Up to three sub-questions at once, the report arrives in minutes
  • Every statement with a source: your document or the page read
The research plan above the input field: title “Funding opportunities for club digitalisation in 2026”, the choice between quick and thorough, three numbered sub-questions, plus the cost estimate and the “Start research” button.

Your own agents

One assistant for billing, one for purchasing, one for onboarding: each with its own role, its own model and its own required documents.

  • Own role
  • Own model
  • Required documents

Visibility per agent: private or for the community — who may use it is set in the agent itself.

The “Create agent” dialog: visibility private or community, name, description and the model with effort and cost.

Roles and access

Admin or member, nothing more. Invite by email, CSV list or by sharing your email domain. You decide who may upload.

Admin

  • Invite and remove members
  • Set models, credit and appearance
  • Upload documents and remove them from the knowledge base

Member

  • Ask questions, research, use agents
  • Create your own agents — private or for the community
  • Upload, if the organisation allows it

Budgets under control

Credit for the organisation or per person, daily or monthly. Who consumes how much is in the usage overview — no surprise next month.

Connect your systems

Via MCP connections an agent pulls data from your tools. Shared centrally, used only by the agents allowed to.

  1. Your tool

Ticketing, inventory, calendar — whatever is reachable via MCP.

  2. The connection

Set up and shared once, centrally, with its credentials.

  3. The agent

Uses it only when it has been assigned — otherwise it sees nothing.
