Practices & healthcare

The practice knowledge that sleeps in folders

Hygiene plan, QM manual, billing guidelines, manufacturer information: your team asks in full sentences — and gets a cited answer with document, page and wording. Without patient data, operated in Germany.

From everyday practice

Three questions that would otherwise hold up half the practice

Billing

“Is 2197 billable alongside 13?”

Billing guidelines, commentaries and house rules in one knowledge base — the answer names the source, not just an opinion.

Hygiene & QM

“How often do we document the reprocessing of the autoclave?”

Hygiene plan, QM manual and manufacturer information answer together — including the note on who may release batches.

Devices & manufacturers

“Which cleaning agent is approved for the ultrasound device?”

Instructions for use and data sheets are searchable at hand instead of gathering dust in the folder next to the device.

A real answer

How Vryne answers a hygiene question

The answer does not come from the internet but from your hygiene plan and QM manual — with the page number and a warning nobody had searched for.

  • Note boxes: who may release batches stands in its own box instead of the body text.
  • Web sources: where it makes sense, Vryne cross-checks with the RKI recommendation and links it.
  • Sources: every number leads to document, page and wording — one click shows the original.
Ask your hygiene plan
A Vryne answer to how often autoclave reprocessing must be documented: answer with sources from the hygiene plan and QM manual, a caution note on batch release, the RKI source that was read and the cited documents with page numbers.

Proof instead of promise

From the note to the page in the hygiene plan

A question from everyday treatment, an answer with a source and the passage it relies on — without leafing through the folder.

What contact time applies to surface disinfection in the treatment room?

For wipe disinfection of the treatment surfaces, a contact time of five minutes is provided. With visible blood contamination it extends to fifteen minutes. [1][2]

4.2 Surface disinfection. All patient-adjacent surfaces are wipe-disinfected after every treatment.

The contact time is five minutes; only then may the surface be used again.

With visible contamination with blood or saliva, the contact time must be extended to fifteen minutes.

Steht die Antwort nicht in euren Dokumenten, sagt Vryne genau das — statt sich etwas auszudenken.

Beyond the question

When the question is bigger than the folder

Some things are not in the hygiene plan but in a guideline, a manufacturer note or a billing requirement.

Research

Your rules, next to the current state

Vryne splits the question, reads your documents and researches the web — guidelines, manufacturer information, billing requirements. The report puts both side by side and names the source for every statement.

  • Does the own hygiene plan cover the current recommendation?
  • Billing questions with a source instead of from memory
  • Material approvals and manufacturer information, collected

Both stay in the same frame as the chat: processing in Germany, models in Germany, no training on your documents.

Responsibility

Built for a field that cannot afford experiments

No patient data needed

The knowledge base consists of guidelines, plans and instructions — not treatment data. What you do not upload cannot lie anywhere.

Data in Germany

Application, documents, backups and language models run in German data centres. No transfer of your content to a third country — the only, temporary exception is mail delivery.

No training on your documents

The model provider sees only the passages a question currently needs — and does not train on them.

Frequent questions from practices

Do we need a connection to the practice software?

No. Vryne works with the documents you upload: hygiene plan, QM manual, billing documents, manufacturer instructions. PDF, Word, Excel and scans are enough.

Are we allowed to use AI as a practice at all?

For a knowledge base of guidelines and plans there are no special rules — they are your own business documents. Patient data does not belong in the knowledge base and is not needed for any of the answers.

How do we know an answer is correct?

Every answer names the passages it relies on — document, page, wording. One click shows the original. If something is not in your documents, Vryne says exactly that.

How long does setup take?

Create the organisation, invite the team by email, upload the most important documents — after a few minutes they are processed and askable. Without an IT project and without a credit card.
